About this project
The Secluded Version III is a modern, energy-efficient residence engineered with structural insulated panels (SIP) by Nord Haus. Two functional levels totalling 136.5 m² of living space accommodate families seeking both comfort and sustainability.
The ground floor is organized around a central hallway, featuring a spacious living room, kitchen, master bedroom, two storage areas and a main bathroom. The entrance vestibule creates an effective thermal break for improved energy retention. SIP panels deliver outstanding insulation properties, maintaining consistent indoor temperatures in winter while enabling natural cooling during summer months.
The attic level provides four bedrooms of varying sizes, a second bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The 40° pitched roof with 8.4 m ridge height optimizes usable attic volume.
