About this project
The «Among Close Ones» project represents a contemporary approach to family living, constructed using advanced SIP panels. Spanning 180.2 m² of total area, this design thoughtfully accommodates extended families with five rooms and three full bathrooms.
The ground floor provides a generous living area of 57.4 m² including a spacious lounge, modern kitchen, single-car garage, and utility spaces. The attic level contributes 81 m² of usable space, hosting four bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for each household member. The multi-pitched roof with a 30° pitch efficiently manages snow loads while providing excellent water drainage across varied European climates.
