About this project
The Cozy — Variant I project demonstrates efficient design on a modest footprint of 173.2 m². The panelized construction method enables uninterrupted year-round building progress regardless of weather.
The ground floor (73 m²) is thoughtfully organized for modern living: an open-plan lounge flows into the kitchen area, a dedicated office for remote work, full bathroom and utility room for household systems. The entrance vestibule minimizes heat loss. The attic level (52.8 m²) accommodates three bedrooms with access to both a balcony and loggia, while a second bathroom ensures convenience for all residents.
SIP panels eliminate thermal bridging and deliver superior energy efficiency without additional insulation layers. The modest plot requirement of 18.4 × 18.8 m makes this design suitable for compact properties. A single-car garage is integrated into the floor plan. The 45° double-pitched roof with an 8.9 m peak height ensures excellent water drainage and maximizes usable attic volume.
