The Sovka project is a space-efficient twin home constructed from advanced SIP (Structural Insulated Panels), delivering superior airtightness and thermal performance. With a minimal footprint of just 16.2 × 9.8 m, this design fits compact urban and suburban plots perfectly. The SIP construction method allows the structural shell to be completed in just 14 days, enabling year-round building regardless of weather conditions.

The ground floor showcases a bright, open-plan living area with a spacious lounge, modern kitchen zone, entrance hall with vestibule, and a covered terrace for outdoor living. Two full bathrooms serve the household conveniently.
