The «Chizhik» project offers a smart solution for modest plots starting from 16.2 × 9.8 metres. This home combines one full storey with a functional attic, delivering three bedrooms and two bathrooms within 72.1 m² of total space. Built from SIP panels, the structure rises rapidly without wet trades, reaching weathertight stage in approximately two weeks, irrespective of season.
The ground floor features an entry hall, contemporary kitchen, expansive living room, and utility space, creating a comfortable 34.8 m² living zone. The attic houses two private bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a landing with staircase access, occupying 27.5 m² of usable area. The steep 40° gabled roof with a peak height of 7.6 metres efficiently sheds precipitation while maximizing attic volume for storage or future expansion.
SIP panels deliver superior insulation properties that significantly reduce heating and cooling expenses throughout the year.
