The Pleasant project delivers smart, space-conscious design without compromising on livability. This single-story home built with SIP panels spans 72.5 m² and features three separate bedrooms, a unified kitchen-living area, and a welcoming terrace. The multi-slope roof design (18° pitch, 5.1 m ridge height) provides excellent weather protection and contemporary aesthetic appeal.
Construction time is remarkably fast—just 14 days to weathertight shell stage—thanks to prefabricated SIP panel technology. Each panel arrives pre-cut and engineered for assembly on-site, dramatically reducing labor time and weather delays. The dense polyurethane insulation core ensures outstanding thermal performance, keeping energy bills low and enabling year-round building schedules.
The compact 19.9 × 17.6 m plot requirement makes this design ideal for narrow or irregularly-shaped parcels across Europe. A utility vestibule with boiler room protects the main living zones, while the open terrace extends seasonal enjoyment. Delivered flat-pack across the continent, assembly is straightforward and efficient.
