An entry for each window type
Use room names or numbers and record width, height and quantity. Similar-looking windows are not necessarily identical. State the units and whether dimensions come from drawings, the opening or an existing frame. A design schedule supports the first discussion but does not replace checking actual conditions.
Divisions and opening styles
Explain which parts should open and which remain fixed. If the opening direction is undecided, say so instead of guessing. A photo or sketch can clarify your expectations. A specialist confirms feasibility and use of individual sashes in a complex arrangement.
Compare the whole configuration
Windows with identical overall sizes can differ in profile, glazing, hardware and finish. Do not transfer performance figures from advertising for another model. Figures and documents must apply to the selected configuration. Unverified certification claims cannot replace the agreed specification.
Verify before ordering
Approximate dimensions are useful when clearly labelled. Do not deduct a universal installation gap yourself. Add an email address for questions and the offer. Price is calculated individually; delivery, lead time and possible installation need separate confirmation. An enquiry does not authorise production.
Your preparation checklist
- Window labels and quantities.
- Width, height, units and measurement source.
- Divisions, opening styles and finish.
- Photos or a schedule and an email address.
This guide helps you prepare an enquiry. It does not replace measurement, technical design or an agreed offer.
