About this project
The Optimistic design prioritizes comfort within a compact footprint. The ground floor incorporates all daily-living essentials: an open-plan living and dining area, well-appointed kitchen, plus utility spaces including a boiler room and pantry.
The attic level provides three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a dedicated wardrobe room—totaling 63.2 m² of thoughtfully segmented private retreats. A 40° pitched roof with a 7.8 m ridge height ensures superior weather resistance and maximizes usable internal volume. The roof structure is engineered for European snow and wind loads.
The design fits plots as modest as 21.8 × 20.1 m, making it viable in suburban and urban contexts. Unlike traditional methods, the entire structure can be erected during winter months without material degradation or schedule risk.
