The «Scent of Spring - Variant II» is a masterclass in efficient residential design powered by SIP-panel construction. These engineered panels deliver exceptional insulation while enabling the entire weathertight shell to be erected in just 14 days, dramatically reducing on-site assembly time and weather risks. The distinctive multi-pitched roof at 30° slope and 7-metre peak height maximizes usable attic volume while creating a striking architectural presence.

The ground floor (89.7 m² of living space) methodically balances circulation, daylight penetration, and thermal zoning. A foyer with thermal vestibule safeguards indoor temperature, while the central hallway elegantly distributes traffic between the living wing and bedroom corridor. The open-plan kitchen-lounge becomes the social core, supplemented by two ground-floor bedrooms and a full bathroom that serve immediate family needs.

The attic storey (37.6 m² of habitable space) accommodates two further bedrooms, a second bathroom, and substantial storage—ideal for growing families or guest quarters. SIP's continuous thermal envelope means attic rooms maintain comfortable temperatures year-round without thermal bridging typical of timber frames. A 25.3 × 19.4 m minimum plot accommodates this design across diverse European locations and topographies.
