The «Around the Fireplace» project combines timeless family-home appeal with cutting-edge SIP panel construction technology. Across its 417 m² footprint, the home features 164 m² of livable space on the main floor, incorporating a generous reception hall, dedicated office, three bedrooms, and three full bathrooms.
The two-level design cleverly integrates a two-car garage and laundry facility at ground level, with an attic space (58.5 m²) ready for storage or future customization, including a storage closet above the garage. SIP panel construction delivers thermal resistance exceeding R 5.5 m²K/W, translating to substantially lower heating and cooling expenses throughout the building's lifetime.
The multi-pitched roof configuration at 30° slope with a 7.3 m peak creates distinctive architectural character.
