About this project
The «Towards the Sun» project is a contemporary, energy-efficient residence constructed from SIP panels, engineered for European climate conditions. The design combines a main floor with an upper attic level, providing six rooms, two full bathrooms and a single-car garage.
The ground floor features well-proportioned living zones: a generous living room, master bedroom with walk-in closet, open-plan kitchen with dining area, and service spaces. The boiler room with utility area is thoughtfully integrated into the layout for convenient access to building systems. Minimum plot dimensions of 21.2 × 22.6 m offer flexibility for various property sizes across Europe.
The habitable attic accommodates four additional bedrooms, ideal for expanding families or guest accommodation. SIP panels deliver superior thermal performance and enable year-round construction regardless of seasonal weather variations. The steeply pitched 40° roof efficiently sheds snow loads while optimizing the usable space beneath the eaves.
