The ground floor layout encompasses a generous living room seamlessly connected to the kitchen, a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, two additional bedrooms, and three full bathrooms ensuring ample amenities for multi-generational comfort. The thoughtfully planned layout includes an entrance vestibule, hallway, standalone storage pantry, and flowing corridors maximizing space efficiency throughout the home. The multi-pitched roof with a 25° angle and 6-metre ridge height creates a distinctive and contemporary architectural presence.

This design suits plots of minimum 28.1 × 23.6 m and is optimally suited for European climatic conditions. The integrated 2-car garage provides direct access from the home and offers additional weather protection for vehicles.
