The ground floor (82.1 m²) embraces an open-plan design where the living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen-dining area, fostering family interaction and natural light flow. A dedicated bedroom, guest bathroom at entry, utility room, and storage closet provide practical functionality without compromising spatial efficiency. The entrance vestibule acts as a thermal buffer, preserving interior warmth throughout the heating season.

The attic level (69.9 m²) accommodates three bedrooms, twin walk-in closets, and a full bathroom, ensuring privacy for each household member. SIP panels deliver exceptional insulation throughout the roof structure, permitting year-round usability of the upper floor in all European climates.
