Thoughtfully Designed is a compact yet spacious family home constructed from high-performance SIP panels that deliver exceptional insulation and year-round buildability. At 164 m² total (122.5 m² living space), this project maximizes every square metre with smart zoning and multi-purpose areas.
The ground floor (60 m²) combines an open-plan living and kitchen zone with a separate garage, utility area, primary bathroom, and welcoming entrance. A generous terrace extends the living space outdoors, perfect for entertaining or quiet mornings. This level provides all daily essentials in an intuitive layout.
The attic storey (62 m²) transforms unused roof space into three bright bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a creative hobby room or home office.
