The ground floor (75.4 m²) features a generous living room with ample natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dedicated home office, and two bathrooms for convenience. Thoughtfully placed utility spaces include a boiler room, entrance vestibule, and storage closet. The SIP panel construction maintains consistent indoor temperatures and humidity levels, creating a healthy indoor environment regardless of exterior conditions.
