The entire structure achieves weathertightness in approximately two weeks, enabling immediate interior finishing.
The interior layout comprises two bedrooms, a generous living-dining area with integrated kitchen, and a separate utility room for storage and technical equipment. A covered terrace extends the usable living space outdoors, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The entrance vestibule acts as a thermal buffer, reducing energy loss and streamlining daily traffic flow throughout the home.
