Our Happiness
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garage offer modern family comfort with outstanding energy performance.
About this project
"Our Happiness" represents contemporary European residential design engineered with high-performance SIP-panel construction. A modest minimum plot size of 23.4 × 16.8 m makes this design accessible to diverse property owners across Europe.
The ground floor (55.2 m²) features an open-plan living area with kitchen, entrance vestibule, central hall, bathroom and boiler room. A single-car garage and sunny terrace provide practical amenities for modern living. The spatial layout maximises natural daylight and promotes healthy interior air circulation.
The attic level (67.7 m²) comprises two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, dual dressing rooms and a generous hallway. The multi-pitched roof angled at 45° with a 7.8 m ridge height delivers reliable weather protection. SIP-panel construction delivers exceptional thermal insulation, reducing heating costs by up to 70% compared to conventional building materials.
