The «My Place - Variant I» project delivers a practical family residence constructed with advanced SIP-panel technology. With a total area of 160.7 m² intelligently divided between the ground floor (72 m² of living space) and attic level (44.6 m²), this design accommodates five rooms and three fully appointed bathrooms.
The ground-floor layout features a generous living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, and entrance vestibule with hall. A single-car garage is seamlessly integrated into the home's structure. The attic level provides two additional bedrooms, another full bathroom, walk-in wardrobes, and a central hall, delivering privacy and comfort for every family member.
