About this project
The Modny project redefines residential architecture by combining smart SIP-panel engineering with intelligent spatial planning. These advanced wall panels deliver exceptional thermal performance and enable year-round construction, eliminating weather-related delays. The gabled roof at 40° with an 8.1-meter peak creates generous attic space accommodating four bedrooms comfortably.
The ground floor layout spans 58.8 m² of living area and features an open-plan living-kitchen zone, garage, boiler room, and entry zones for practical daily flow. The attic level (78.4 m²) is fully configured as a bedroom suite with dual walk-in wardrobes, offering privacy and ample storage for a growing household. Two strategically positioned bathrooms enhance convenience across both levels.
With a minimum plot requirement of 19.4 × 20.0 meters, this design adapts seamlessly to diverse European building sites.
