The Luchik project represents Nord Haus's commitment to delivering practical, energy-efficient homes using advanced SIP-panel technology. With a total area of 153.5 m² (119.8 m² of living space), this design intelligently distributes a master bedroom, open-plan living and kitchen zone, utility room, and single-car garage on the ground floor, with three additional bedrooms on the attic level.

The two-storey layout maximises the use of a compact footprint—minimum plot of 20.2 × 20.0 m—making it ideal for suburban developments and urban extensions. The pitched roof (39.5° slope, 8.4 m ridge height) provides excellent weather protection and accommodates generous attic proportions. Dual bathrooms and well-positioned storage areas ensure comfort for families of up to five occupants, with clear separation between living and sleeping zones.

SIP panels deliver outstanding thermal performance (U-value ≈ 0.16 W/m²K), ensuring minimal heating and cooling demands throughout the year. Year-round construction capability, thanks to the dry-assembly approach, eliminates weather-related delays common in traditional masonry builds.
