About this project
Sunray is a single-story residence with an expansive attic level, constructed from sustainable SIP panels. The design fits a compact 19.7 × 20.0 meter plot, making it adaptable to European markets from the Baltic to the Mediterranean.
The ground floor organizes living spaces strategically: a generous living room, dedicated home office, efficient kitchen with storage, and a main bathroom. The boiler room and entrance vestibule provide self-contained utility infrastructure. SIP panels deliver superior thermal performance, reducing heating costs significantly while maintaining uniform indoor climate year-round, regardless of external weather conditions.
The attic accommodates four bedrooms and a secondary bathroom, perfectly suited for growing families or multi-generational households. The integrated laundry room on the upper level streamlines daily routines. The 45° pitched roof with an 8.6-meter peak ensures excellent water and snow drainage, while the SIP construction promises exceptional durability, low maintenance, and energy efficiency spanning several decades.
