Forest Nook
Single-story SIP panel home with 134.7 m² of comfortable living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one-car garage.
About this project
Forest Nook is Nord Haus's modern interpretation of residential comfort—a streamlined single-story dwelling constructed entirely from SIP panels, totaling 134.7 m² with three well-proportioned rooms, two full bathrooms, and an integrated garage. This design perfectly suits couples and small families seeking energy-smart, durable housing built to European standards.
The SIP panel construction delivers exceptional thermal performance through its multi-layered insulated core, substantially reducing heating and cooling costs while maintaining consistent interior comfort.
A gently pitched multi-slope roof angled at 30° with a peak height of 7.3 meters provides excellent water drainage and distinctive architectural character. The eco-friendly SIP system and airtight envelope ensure reliable performance across all seasons, while the efficient floor plan minimizes construction expenses and ongoing operational costs, making this an exceptionally practical investment for European homebuyers.
