Sky Blue is a contemporary two-storey residential project built from premium SIP panels with a total built area of 216.9 m². The design incorporates an attic space and a dual-slope roof (20° pitch) that maximizes usable living space under the eaves. Suited to plots of minimum 14.5 × 28.5 m, this home harnesses SIP-panel efficiency to excel in European climates where thermal performance is paramount.
The ground floor (72.9 m²) features an open-plan living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, utility room, entrance foyer and connecting hallway. Upstairs (77.4 m²), the private zone unfolds across two bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and two en-suite bathrooms, providing flexible accommodation for family and guests. A central stairwell and hallway integrate both levels seamlessly.
