The Lean project demonstrates intelligent use of space without compromising on comfort or modern living standards. This 126.1 m² residence employs advanced SIP-panel construction technology, delivering superior thermal insulation and minimal energy loss throughout the year. The ground floor accommodates a bright living room, kitchen-dining area, single-car garage, utility room, and a generous terrace for outdoor enjoyment.
The upper mezzanine level is fully dedicated to residential use, housing three bedrooms, a family bathroom, and two private balconies ideal for a family of four to five people. The distinctive gable roof pitched at 35° provides excellent weather protection and creates an attractive architectural profile, rising to 9.1 meters at its peak.
