Friend - Variant I

The Friend - Variant I project embodies contemporary residential design through advanced SIP panel construction technology. The ground floor delivers 120 m² of usable living space with an open-plan living-dining area, functional kitchen, two bedrooms, and supporting rooms—providing everyday comfort for modern families. The mansard attic contributes 77 m² of additional accommodation with two further bedrooms, a bathroom, walk-in closets, and a mezzanine level, creating an efficient layout suitable for 4-5 occupants.

SIP panel engineering guarantees exceptional thermal insulation and acoustic performance while maintaining minimal thermal bridging and maximum energy efficiency. Factory-prefabricated components enable construction throughout the year, including winter months, significantly reducing overall project timelines. The multi-pitched roof at 40° with an 8.1 m peak delivers reliable weather protection and striking architectural presence.

The design accommodates plot dimensions as modest as 23 × 27.2 m and incorporates a two-car garage seamlessly integrated into the structure. With a total volume of 1,175 m³, the compact envelope minimizes heating and cooling demands. The project readily adapts to diverse European climates through sustainable panel materials and fully customizable MEP systems, making it an accessible premium solution across the continent.
