The Friend project delivers efficient, modern living in a compact footprint using advanced SIP-panel construction. With a total volume of 864 m³, this design maximizes usable space while minimizing thermal losses through superior insulation properties.

The interior layout strategically organizes 110.7 m² of living space with two separate bedrooms, a generous open-plan living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The entrance vestibule and hallway create an effective thermal buffer, while the corridor distribution ensures logical flow between public and private zones. SIP-panel walls provide consistent indoor climate regulation and reduce long-term energy consumption significantly compared to traditional construction methods.

A pitched roof with 30° slope and 6.3 m peak height sheds precipitation efficiently and creates a distinctive architectural profile. The integrated one-car garage maximizes lot efficiency and can accommodate compact European vehicles. Modest plot requirements (23.5 × 25.3 m minimum) make this project viable across diverse European building sites, from suburban developments to rural locations.
