The Bliski Variant III project delivers smart, space-conscious design for modern homeowners. This 175.3 m² residence is constructed entirely from SIP panels, delivering superior thermal insulation and enabling construction in any season. The multi-pitched roof with a 30° angle and 7.2 m peak creates an attractive architectural profile while optimizing the usable attic space.
The ground floor (87.5 m²) features a welcoming entrance hall with mudroom, living space, a bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, two bathrooms, and a boiler room for efficient climate control. The attic storey (50.6 m²) accommodates three additional bedrooms and a third bathroom, offering comfortable quarters for an extended family or frequent guests. An integrated single-car garage provides convenient vehicle storage.
